Green Machine NewsOn November 5th, our incredible Green Machine took to the field for the first annual LMEA State Marching Competition! We are thrilled to announce that they earned the title of Superior Marching Band and claimed 1st Runner-Up in the state for Traditional Marching! A huge congratulations to our talented musicians and dedicated staff for their hard work and passion. We are so proud of the Green Machine!
Bubbling with Discovery: Yeast and Cellular Respiration!Our students, in Mrs. Patin's class, planned and executed a fascinating investigation using a Yeast Model to explore the changes in matter and energy flows during cellular respiration. They examined how these processes vary under different conditions, gaining valuable insights into the science of fermentation and energy production. This hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of biological systems but also highlighted the importance of experimentation in science. Great job, everyone!
