Parents of 7th through 9th grade students are being asked to complete the 2019 Louisiana Department of Education, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, After School Evaluation Surveys. The purpose of these surveys is to allow programs to include valuable input to help after school programs continue to be successful. Our desire is that the survey results will provide more in-depth information on perceptions, insights, attitudes, experiences, or beliefs about the after school program.
Please remember these surveys are an integral part of the stakeholder satisfaction component of the evaluation framework for after-school programs. Thank you in advance for your support toward improving after school programs.
It will be imperative that those individuals taking the survey (Parent/Guardian survey, Regular School Day staff survey, and After-school Staff survey) correctly identify their role in the program. The surveys will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. The surveys OPENED on Friday, March 8, 2019 and will CLOSE on Friday, April 5, 2019.
